Come on People
Come on People: On the Path from Victims to Victors
By Bill Cosby and Alvin F. Poussant
published by Thomas Nelson
Nashville, TN
copyright 1994
Read this book.
This book begins with vintage Cosby discussing whether or not he is black enough to talk about this topic. Most of the book is pretty good. There is however no discussion of the topic of abortion.
This is an important topic in relation to the subject covered due to several factors. First in 2005 there were more black babies aborted than born. Second, many of the health risks that Cosby talks about are also linked to women who have had abortions.
Many of Cosby's solutions are good and at least desire a look and some serious thought.

Cosbyology
Cosbyology: Essays and Observations from the Doctor of Comedy

by William H. Cosby, Jr.
published by Hyperion

What can I say this is vintage Cosby. He is funny. He talks about life and makes you laugh. Even I need a break from the serious reading sometimes. The book contains twenty short humorous stories. Read one a day or something like that.
